Strapped up ankle and flat peddles were easy on the achilles today but the morning rain was not nice at all, so we just got our heads down. By lunchtime it had cleared and we were all happier but a mis-communication meant at one point we were all heading in slightly different directions, D’oh!

The ride was blander now we had left the mountains and lochs behind and we headed onto Gretna but more importantly, England!
